Return Process

1️⃣Within the timeframe that you are eligible to return your product, you must submit a return request to us through the iKarmaGems customer service channel or by email at support@ikarmagems.com， stating the reason for your return.

2️⃣Our customer service staff will review the application within one working day after receiving the application to confirm whether your application meets the return conditions.

3️⃣If the request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and other relevant information. You will need to send back the item(s) as requested within seven days of receiving the return information.
